Prayer Focus - Sub-Saharan African Peoples: Churches in the United States are such a blessing as they partner alongside the ongoing missionary work of International Mission Board missionaries in Sub-Saharan Africa. Give thanks to the Lord for the many churches that are willing to invest time and finances to go to Africa. Pray for the open doors these visiting teams provide as they serve for a week of two. Pray that despite challenges that arise, the fruit of their labor would increase even after teams return to the US.
Prayer Focus - Sub-Saharan African Peoples: After missionaries get to the field, they are invited to attend a “debrief” conference where they can process their first few months on the field. This time is both to
encourage and challenge the missionaries as they press into the work God has called them to do. Pray missionaries would be refreshed as they attend a debrief conference in March. Pray the missionary kids attending would also be encouraged as they meet with volunteers who pour into them.
Pray for Oakhill members Todd and Michele Linn as they serve in Zambia, Africa. A visiting team from Oakhill will travel to Lusaka, Zambia in June to work with them.
