Upward Basketball & Cheer is a co-ed league from K5 - 8th grade. This competitive learning league focuses on learning biblical values to make us better players on and off the court.
Mandatory evaluations and uniform fittings are Friday, October 25th from 5:00 - 8:00 pm or Saturday, October 26th from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Drop by anytime. Email questions to

More League Info:
- The registration fee is the only fee for the entire season, it includes the uniform
- Players must attend the mandatory evaluations and uniform fitting. This ensures we have the most balanced teams. This will take place on Oct. 25th, 5-8 p.m. or Saturday 9 a.m. -12 p.m. Cheerleaders only attend for the uniform fitting.
- Practices start the first week of Dec. and be on either Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday once a week for one hour depending on the coach's schedule (6th-8th teams practice for 1 1/2 hours). The practice will be at the same time each week for 12 weeks. You can request a one-night practice exclusion when you register. K-1st, 2nd-3rd practice at the South Campus (4615 Oak Hill Rd). 4th-5th & 6th-8th grade teams practice at the North Campus (5600 Oak Hill Rd).
- All games are played at the South Campus. They start the first weekend in January. The official game schedule will be published after teams are formed. Historically Friday night 6th-8th teams play and the rest of the teams play on Saturday with K-1st teams starting first.
