Ladies, do you ever feel as if you are operating on empty? That you are living from a place of exhaustion, disappointment, defeat, and survival, instead of living in the light of God’s peace, joy, comfort, and provision? God never intended for his daughters to remain in dark, empty places. His will for us has always been for us to discover that when we are weak, that is when His strength is displayed in us most powerfully. In the hardest seasons of life that leave us longing for more, we can discover through scripture that God often does his very best work with empty. God sees our seasons of longing and unfulfilled expectations as opportunities to build our faith and trust in Him, so we can know that at all times and in all circumstances, God’s grace is sufficient and His will is better than anything we could have planned for ourselves. Please pray and make plans now to join us this fall for the God Does His Best Work with Empty Bible Study, written by trusted Christian author and Bible teacher, Nancy Guthrie. Let’s commit to diving into God’s word together, and be reminded that nothing is sweeter or more fulfilling than living a life committed to the Lord.

2 Corinthians 12:9-11: But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my
weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”
