Hey Everyone,
Don't forget we need you help this Saturday to pull off the Barbeque Fundraiser.  We need help starting at 6 a.m. to set up and also to grill.  We also need help at 9 a.m. to help get the meat prepped and packaged.  Students can arrive at 6 a.m. if they want, but need to be there by 9 a.m.  Please don't just expect everyone else to do the work and you get the benefit, it is going to take everyone pitching in to make this successful.  Remember the fundraiser is on the corner of Oak Hill Rd and Lynch Rd in the CVS parking lot.  I need all of your pre-sale sheets tonight; make sure to tell everyone they can pick up their meat between 10 and 2.  Email me with any questions and the times you can work at bgotcher@oakhillbc.org.  Thanks

We still have a few people deciding on whether they can go on the trip.   We need to know by this Sunday if you are going.  As the trip approaches we need to break the group down ministry teams and start training.  Please let me know for sure by this Sunday.  The trip will be Saturday June 21st to Saturday 28th.  We will give a more complete itinerary soon. We are planning a mission trip meeting for Sunday, May 18th at 5:00 p.m. Please make plans to attend as we will be breaking down ministry and work groups.
